The 2008 Basketball AbilityCAMP is happening this Thursday, March 6th. This annual event is hosted by the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) and the Denver Nuggets and is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities.
In Colorado, over 57,000 children are living with a mental or physical disability (in Denver Metro there are over 27,000).* AbilityCAMPs are free and open to children ages 6-18 with disabilities.
