Have you a hangering for a different type of sport? It is true that Denver has a professional lacrosse team, The Mammoth, but there are also many schools and younger divisions now participating in this sport. There is even a Denver Lacrosse Club.

I have to admit something here. I had no idea that there was a professional lacrosse league, much less that there was a team right here in Denver! To my utter delight, I found out that we had our own home team, the Colorado Mammoth!
They are getting ready to kick the season into high gear, and have started off with a bang, winning a pre-season scrimmage against the Calgary Roughnecks 13-8!
