Making Strides
The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk is Sunday May 4th. Signing up is easy- you can walk by yourself, join a team or rally a team and all go together. Commemorating T-shirts for this years walk are only $12.
Put on your pink ribbon and head on over to Cuernavaca Park- South Platte River Drive and 20th Street. The three mile walk starts and finishes at the park after circling the edge of the city, walking along Elitch’s and all the way to Invesco field.
Some individual participants have already raised over $1400 and a few teams have raised over $3000! Every little bit counts, so do not let these numbers detour you, we can all make a difference.
