High Fidelity at a Mile High!
It is cold Cold COLD outside- a perfect time for an indoor musical adventure. Stop on in to one of Denver’s premiere home grown music stores- Twist & Shout. The name itself warms your soul with the feel of nostalgia and a leaning toward the future. To say Twist & Shout is only a music store would be incorrect, they also offer a unique line of collectibles, bags, cards, and hip outer wear.
However, it is first and foremost a Music Store to the ’nth degree. Looking for used and/or new cd’s or do you still yearn for vinyl? Twist & Shout has it all. Including listening stations to sample that band you have always heard of- but could never find on the radio. One could spend hours simply browsing.
And now, in the wake of their one year anniversary in their new location beside The Tattered Cover on east Colfax, they have launched: Our Favorite Things - a Zine full of facts, theories, rants and opinions about the physical world and staff reviews of the newest indie releases. It challenges you to read, think, share!
